PASS
Cluttered small rooms, smelled like smoke in whole hotel. Very uncomfortable. Booked 3 rooms for 3 family members and they put us all on different floors and you can only access your floor with your room key so nobody could visit one another which is kind of the point of staying together at the same hotel. Staff was super friendly, but will NEVER stay here again and would NEVER recommend anyone staying here. Try LK Residence, Dunsit 2 Bacudda on 2nd rd, Hilton, Lk Metro (noisy party area) LK Royal suites. Ive stayed at all of those theyre decent and in order of my personal preference.

Worst Thailand Hotel Experience Ever
This was my 6th trip to Thailand. This hotel stay was, by far, the worst experience ever in Thailand. One reason we chose this hotel was due to its water slides for our kids. The hotel had 4 slides. Upon our arrival, we saw one was closed. We were told "engineering" would work on it next month. During our first day in the pool, the water was cutoff on 1 of the other slides. The next day the slide was functional again. In our first room, the room safe didn't work, the AC was uncontrollable, and the lights wouldn't turn off when we wanted to go to bed. Additionally, 1 of the robes had a very noticeable hole in it. We changed rooms after 11:00 PM. The safe in the new room didn't work either. AC still didn't respond to control either. Shower door didn't shut all the way. Hot water put leaked terrible. Individual staff members were responsive and courteous, but management did not value us as guests. Despite numerous requests to speak with the manager, it never happened. We were delegated to the assistant. Aside from an apology, nothing was offered for the repeated inconveniences. My sister-in-law, who is Thai, told me that she saw many similar complaints from Thais on Thai websites. If you're considering staying here, you should also know that there are residences at the locations. This can create issues. For instance, residents smoking on their balconies leads to guests breathing secondhand smoke. Having had many good hotel experiences in Thailand, I know you can do better!

Poor 2,0
Worst hotel ever
Reasons why it was terrible: 1. Rat in the dining area. It ran all over the plates stored under the counter. (See photo of rat) Hotels website won't let me upload the photo. 2. The in-room shower started leaking water in the middle the night. It sounded like someone was in my room taking a shower. I tried to turn the water off, but the water was leaking. When I calmed down, I made a video of this phenomenon. 3. Door to the balcony let in all the sound from outside. Every time a motorbike drove past, I woke up. 4. The water in the shower was not hot, it was barely warm. 5. When I tried to order food at 22:10, the staff first informed me the kitchen was closed. When I said the menu says open till 22:30, there was a not-particularly-polite discussion in Thai on the other side. (I am fluent in Thai) They came back and told me I could order food. My crispy chicken burger tasted old and disgusting. I couldn’t finish it. 6. The toilet is in a very small room. It is like a tiny closet. No room to move and very claustrophobic with the door closed. Good things: 1. Staff spoke English 2. Pretty pool 3. Soft bed 4. Beautiful fish tank in the dining area, but beware of rats.

Stay away from room 203
Overall a great hotel but fully dependent on the room you get. I was in room 203 and it was very noisy. The noise came from the traffic on the road but in particular from the trash collection. In addition I had someone ringing on my door in the middle of the night.
