Not happy!
Apparently they have construction going on that they failed to notify us prior to booking and at all their sites! We were greeted nicely, great staff all around, and got there just in time for happy hour, so they gave us a complimentary glass of wine. "Due to covid" you MUST make reservations to use the pool! We never used the pool because they were fully booked in all 3 days we were there! We were on the 16th floor, construction going on, the carpet was taped, I tripped a few times, please be careful! We had a nice room, below average furniture looks dated so is the carpet. The 2 night stands had USB ports and plug charger next to the bed side, which was nice. No coffee machine in the room, however they do give you complimentary coffee at the little coffee shop down stairs. Ps its not always open and I think it closes after breakfast! No free slippers, no robe, no shower caps, no Vanity kit. There was no shower bench for shaving, come on people! Full size shampoo, conditioner and body shower those always make me nervous (Sanatary reasons because they are re-fullable) so bring your own, I do always! Not enough lighting in the bathroom! Lastly, Valet is $50 a night! So we paid $150 for 3 nights for just parking!!! The resturant on the 4th flood Geraldine was ok, limited menu, host is rude but the waiter was super nice, the drinks were good and the Endive Salad was yummy! Good experience all together, probably expected more, but won't be staying there again sorry!

Disappointed
Even though the hotel is amazing, our experience wasn't so pleasing. Due to COVID the rooms were not cleaned daily you only could get fresh linings and towel by asking the front desk, but NO ONE bothered to tell us when we arrived, after a long day we came back to the hotel and our room was a mess just like we left it. When you are on vacation the last thing you want to do is making the bed. We used the valet service for 5 days again NO ONE told us about the overnight rate... it was ridiculous, they charged $53USD per night at the time we checked out. It is a beautiful hotel, with amazing location... it was an unfortunate stay.

Not the best experience
Heavy construction when we arrived. Drove into a chaotic valet service. Room was stuffy upon arrival and had a horrible time trying to connect to the internet.

Everything about our stay was amazing. We were blown away by the free happy hour every day. The hotel itself was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

I was satisfied
Really nice hotel. However, I feel like I could've gotten a little more for the price I paid. I booked their junior suite for four nights which was their next best room on the 13th floor. The room was clean and had a great view but I was expecting a little more like complementary breakfast or valet ($49 a night) or even bottled water in the fridge. Overall, it was still a nice place to stay and would like to thank them.

Not worth the money, can find better
Hotel didn’t meet our expectations at all! Paid over $300 for one night, the hallways were very dark and room had musty odor. The bed comforter had a stain on it white window drapes were dirty too. Bed was okay but not as comfortable as I expect in high end hotel. The bathrooms were nice but that’s about it. Upon checkout, I was told mandatory valet was $50 plus tax! They didn’t even help with loading/unloading bags and the front entrance is not covered from the rain.

I took my girlfriend there to propose to her. Walking in the lobby there’s so many huge wow factors with the way it was styled. The pool are was great! Chairs separated appropriately away from one another and service was great! Our room had the most amazing views of the river and downtown Austin right from our gorgeous bathtub. The views were so amazing that at sunset we ran a bath and made a life changing decision to propose. I couldn’t think of a better setting. Can’t wait to be back but for our wedding with our wedding party!

We had 4 rooms for a business trip there and even though there is no law requiring face masks they made us put them on. I understand strongly suggesting it, however to insist it from paying customers is Ridiculous.
