Q&A Residential Hotel
This place is more apartment style than hotel room, which was a happy surprise. Clean, large space. Very comfortable. Would recommend.

Q&A Residential Hotel
Q&A - luxury of home
Q&A offers all the amenities of home. It is beautifully appointed within walking distance to the lower Manhattan sites (Freedon Tower, Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown). The subway station is a block or two away so it's convenient to get uptown. Located in the financial district, it's much more quieter at night. If you're looking to be in the midst of all the restaurants, bars, theaters, this may not be the hotel.

Q&A Residential Hotel
Lots of space, beautiful room
The studio at Q&A was huge, especially by NYC standards. I could have done cartwheels down the hall. It was in perfect condition, spotless, well appointed, decorated nicely, new, very comfortable bed, everything worked as it should. The staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't a view. I didn't care because I wasn't going to be staring out the window anyway. The location is exactly where I wanted to be (financial district). For tourists, the location might be less than ideal because it's not near midtown. However, I knew it was near an event I was attending and as a former NYer, I know how to get around the city on subways. I would definitely stay there again even if I don't necessarily need to be in the financial district.
