The service provided during breakfast was lousy. I paid for 12paxs for buffet breakfast and when we asked for more serving, the staff were not very reluctant to top up for us. Gym and swimming pool. It stated that we need to book during our stay for the services, when we booked, is always fully booked. We looked down from our hotel balcony, the swimming pool only has 2 kids playing. So we went down to talk to the staff and were allowed to swim. Same as the gym facilities. When my daughter called up the operator to check, she was allowed to go in.

I would like to be honest and ask why is this hotel so expensive. I don’t see why it’s so expensive. I paid a total of $2k for just 2 nights. No room service, checkin in was a sheer waste of time. My room was not prepared until it was 6pm! And checkout time was still the same. Ask for cutleries - they don’t have any. They only plastic ones but you have to come down and get it yourself, they don’t send it up to the room. I think Hotel 81 has better service, I kid you not. The pricing is truly unjustified.

Unable to book anytime slot for the swimming pool at all for the entire trip. No in room meal service too. Was told that it was due to COVID-19 although I cannot really understand how COVID-19 impact room service meals.
