Room airconditioning is so bad. Even when the setting was low, we hardly felt any comfort. Room was a bit pricey for its condition hence value for money was not achieved

Overall the property was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free breakfast and complimentary water. Would have liked to have hot water in the sink, but at least the shower had hot water.

Exceptional
For the surrounding area, this was a really good hotel. The staff was very attentive to my preferences and was so nice. The food for breakfast was so good. I also had them cut up a fresh mango every day for breakfast, which only cost 50 pesos, 1 dollar US. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I may have preferred a couple more things, but nothing I didn’t like.

the location is about the center of the city and you can find eating places, spas, and shopping places withing 500 meters. including the nice part of the boulevard. easily accessible by public transport. good breakfast spread. only issue i had was bathing with cold water.
