The staff were exceptional. The room could have done with a weather strip on the door as the gap let in the bushfire smoke that we were escaping from. A small fridge would have been great but the staff accommodated us by putting our medication in their fridges & freezers. There was no door on the shower which we thought a little unusual.

It's basic but decent. Benefit of the doubt due to the fires but it was pretty dusty. That said I can't to eat not to have a spa day. It didnits iob well.

Location is great, and staff very attentive, getting me ironing facilities quickly, however a bar fridge is sorely needed so guests may store early morning breakfast if leaving early (or for anything else). Even the most basic Air BNB SC has this facility, and there is plenty of space for it. I stayed in December in an East facing room, and needed lights on at 3pm when I checked in, and again on a cloudy morning next day, as these rooms are dark. Despite this, thank you hosts for a lovely stay.

It’s a beautiful relaxing location, rooms are a little dated though. Small tv, the fan and air conditioning were very noisy and the door to the room was hard to close. Bed was hard, found it difficult to sleep. Shame because it is a great location, just needs to be updated.

Nice place but could use some pest control.
Overall great location, lovely concierge desk people and very attentive and helpful. Let down was the room because lots of mosquitoes and drain flies which flew out of the sinks into our cups, bathroom products etc

Positive : Nice boutique style hotel room, with Aircon and electric blanket. Loved Nespresso which refilled each afternoon during our 2nights stay. Negative : but bad shower design, no door means water go everywhere in the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights both days we had to ask to get TV reception. No fridge and no info about Wifi password in the room.
