More than i expected
Pleasantly amazed. Last minute booking. Reasonable price. The service communication was spot on considering we spoke a different language. Helpful and patient. Pictures gave a good insight but was better than we expected. Clean and neat. The inside of the wardrobe was dusty! But minor in comparison. Snacks were provided at a cost. Even an additional service for special touches was available. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned when we were out. Nothing better than coming back to a clean room. The only downside for me was I could not work the coffee machine haha. Definitely worth a stop if your in Lyon. Mihotels.

No AC
The location was clean and secure. The issue we had was with the air conditioner. It clearly states that AC was available but the thermostat would not allow us to turn it on. The thermostat was locked for heat only. We tried to call the customer service number and did not get any help. The temperature rose to 29 Degrees Celsius at night. Very disappointing stay.

Excellent location, nicely renovated, cleaning service should be improved, Wi-Fi is bad, no pots and pans for cooking(then what the stove for?) Customer service on phone is nice and efficient . Price:overrated

The Hotel room was great. A little confusing at first as it is not the address at Hotels.com. That is actually the office of the group that runs these offsite rooms. Mine was about 10 minutes from the office. They send you an email or text with your location details and a series of passcodes to access the room. The room itself was very nicely appointed and had good amenities. I would stay again.

Appartements for rent, not a hotel
The checkin process was very frustrating as the hotel does not have a lobby. Nobody answers the phone before 9am and after 5pm. We did not realize that our booking was not finalized and tried to contact the hotel however due to the time zones difference and extensive travel from USA we were unable to make contact until we arrived in Lyon. The shower was not draining and we had to clean it out removing excess hair in order to shower so the bathroom would not flood. The check in is 5pm which is quite late and having all these issues after traveling half way around the world was very frustrating. Also, there are multiple MiHotel locations in Lyon, as these are more apartments for rent not true hotel. Our phone directed us to a different location at first. We had to walk many blocks to the one we were staying at. All could have been avoided with better communication. This should not be advertised as a hotel but rather AirBnB.
