Poderia ter sido melhor!
Atendimento bom, quarto muito pequeno, cafe da manha muito bom, localização muito ruim e perigosa.

Convenient for SP Pride festival
I stayed here for a week because it was central to a lot of the museums. I went to Paulista for Pride and was able to easily hop on the Metro. In fact, Pride ended up finishing near this hotel after the parade so that was convenient. Across the street there is a buffet that is pretty decent. The front desk folks are so nice as well. Not all speak english, but they are happy to try and work Google Translate with you. One downfall is the halls have an echo when people are walking through.

Close to Metro and other attractions
I actually extended my nights at this hotel. I was a little concerned because of the street, although looking back I am happy I stayed here. They have a free breakfast from 06:00 to 09:45 which I did not get a chance to try. They have wifi that is prob around 15MB upload so a decent speed. Lots of outdoor restaurants and drinking spots nearby within walking distance.

Excellent Value and convenient location
I ended up extending multiple days here. The area is a little gritty, but convenient to a LOT of attractions, metro, places to eat, and festivals. The staff is super friendly. The rooms have a mini fridge, nice table area, and large windows. High ceilings. Keep in mind you are in centro, so of course there is a homeless population nearby that is typical in most large cities. Plenty of police that patrol the area at all times so I never felt unsafe.

Very good value for money hotel
I had a 4.00am arrival on first day and 4.00am departure the second. On both occasions the hotel was very helpful, both in opening its doors late in the night and having my room ready, to providing a mid-night wake-up call to ensure I got to the airport on time. The breakfast was fine, basic but good. Very friendly staff and clean room. The only issue is the area, at night-time, one would not want to venture a block away, as it is a little dangerous.

Good
The place was okay for a night but the surrounding had a lot of homeless crack heads and didn’t feel safe to be walking at night. I am a native of the country but I believe if a person comes from out country it wouldn’t be safe to stay probably in this area.
