Great location
Great location for metro, shopping and dining. Breakfast is very minimal, bed is extremely firm(even by Asian hotel standards), nice toiletries, very small fridge and good AC. Overall a good stay

Good location but not a comfortable hotel
Pros: Good location. Close to metro, shopping and food. Hotel room was spacious. Cons: Breakfast was very limited. Bed was very hard. Towels were very small and hard to dry my body and hair. Not a big fan of the shower being open and wetting the entire bathroom floor.

Mother's 70th birthday trip
My mom and I decided to take a quick overnight trip down to Busan for her 70th birthday. We booked one of the suites to give us extra space and to have it be a bit nicer. The room was huge, and we had our own little balcony too. The shower area had a shower in the bathtub, and a fancier bigger shower next to it. The staff working at check in were always incredibly friendly and helpful! We had asked a few questions, and they were quick to try to help us find answers. The lights, heater, and air conditioner were all connected to the remote control, which was nice. My only complaint about the remote is that we couldn't get it to go to certain channels by entering the number. You had to hold the up/down button for a while to get anything over channel 99. We were very late to breakfast. We showed up 20 minutes before it ended. But there were still some food available, eggs, rolls, etc. Not much, but enough. I'm not sure if they had more options earlier, and we missed it, or it was limited. It was in a busy location, a lot to see and do around the hotel. It did make it a bit noisy at night, but we were up late anyway. It was a nice room, in a great location, with a super friendly staff. I would highly recommend splurging for the suites!

Helpful and Nice staff!
Everything inside the hotel was good! Clean and spacious rooms. Note: there is no shower towel, you are provided with 4 face towels and 2 bathrobes. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel includes a breakfast (the attached restaurant), but it's only toast, eggs, ham and soup, we only tried the breakfast one day out of the 3 days we stayed. There's free coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel is located inside an alley with restaurants all around, on the weekends (especially at night), it gets very dirty. People spit everywhere and there are cigarette butts everywhere, even the entrance to the hotel. Well I guess it's the Korea culture, but maybe the hotel could kind of block that area or put up signs so people don't smoke in front of the area. It's actually not that close to the train station. If you have big luggage, you cannot come out of the exit closest to the hotel. You must take the elevators at exit 12 and take a big detour. You will like the location if you plan on eating around the hotel area, which has lots of restaurant choices. Check-out is at 12pm!
