The stay was great. Everything was clean and they would clean my room often as well. The only thing that bothered me a lot was that I needed to stay a few more hours after check out because my flight left at 10pm and they wanted to change me almost $400!!! Even though I wasn’t even staying the night. They also told me to order that night when I arrived not before so it seems like they just wanted to get money out of me because one night is $150 it was ridiculous. Apart from that it was great

Beautiful hotel, rooms are very clean, as i expected, bed is very clean and comfortable, great service specifically in the restaurants,food is very good , could and would help to have more varieties at breakfast restaurant ,dinner restaurants are top of the line exelent food and service.. drinks are good but very little alcohol, pool is kind of small but nice , just a little suggestion, add 1 extra or 2 waiters in pool area ,that would help a lot.. also add says says "adults only", not true..i would definitely stay again ..i would give a 4 star because of the very minor details

Unnecessarily late checkin time
I arrived there at 10AM. They did not let me check in to my room until 3PM. If the checkout is at 12PM, and the hotel was not anywhere near being full, then why did I have to wait until 3PM to check in? Other than that, the hotel was relatively nice, and the staff was very friendly.

The stay was very good. Only improvements could be to add more comfortable bed (it is very hard). In addition kitchen could be improved with water, coffee filters, etc. Thank you

A very nice hotel in a great location. My only complaint is that there was a coffee maker, but no coffee. There was shampoo and conditioner, but no lotion.
