El hotel definitivamente no está en las condiciones que muestran las fotos del sitio. La primera noche no estuvo tan bien, había mosquitos y un olor a humedad que me provocó alergia. Pedimos la cancelación de la segunda noche, pero nos dijeron que no se podía pero nos ofrecieron una mejor habitación. Las camas no están muy cómodas. Vale la pena por la ubicación, pero no creo regresar al mismo hotel. A Mérida si, está hermoso, pero otro hotel.

Me gustó el trato del personal, muy humildes pero muy amables, dispuestos a ayudar. No me gustó: los colchones, almohadas, sábanas y toallas en muy mal estado, desgastados. Ruido de una tubería toda la noche, como si tuviese aire, pasaba por el techo y no dejaba dormir, personas hablando fuerte durante la noche, cero consideración. Nos levantaron a media noche y otra ocasión muy temprano para mover el coche. Habían zancudos en la habitación. Pocos enchufes para conectar celulares. No ofrece desayuno ni comida. En resumen, no descansamos y no lo recomiendo
