The location was perfect for me. Only 2 mins walk to Piazza Navona!! Lots of restaurants around this place. Small store on the street that sells fresh fruit. Quick walk to catch city bus and very close to river, Castel Saint'Angelo and walkable to Vatican. I did find the room small and basic (comparable to an easyHotel). I would have loved a chair to sit in! 2 small bedside tables did have a small amount of storage and there was a small fridge. Thankfully Air conditioner worked and room stayed cool. What I really didn't like was the chemical/fume smell in the entry hallway and we had to go through it every time- not sure where or what the smell was coming from.

This was a tiny room in a building that in my opinion is questionable to be a hotel. It was clean and with a bathroom but merely a bed in a room. I don’t spend a lot of time in the room but no place to sit or relax. The building has a courtyard which looks like a construction zone and ac was not working. We stayed 3 nights but would be perfect for 1-2 just because it’s so tiny. The area is very walkable to the Vatican area and many restaurants. It’s perfect for a quick stay.

Location was great to easily visit many of the key tourist spots. Reception staff available until 9 pm and able to help with directions and transport options. Very clean, with a mini fridge in the room. Room was quite warm and would be quite hot in height if summer. (We stayed in May) No tea/coffee making facilities in room, however there is a nice lounge area with a kettle if you have everything with you. Very helpful post checkout with holding luggage and having toilet facilities. There is a lift so you don’t have to carry your bags up the two flights of stairs. Great option for budget conscious.

Great location.
Well decorated, small room in a great location. Air con didn't work and the shower was a little unpredictable, the shower head didn't fit in the holder and the water pressure kept changing so the shower head flops about a bit. Other than that it is a fantastic choice for accomodation in Rome.

Characterful and convenient
I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Down a quiet backstreet, equidistant between the old Roman sites around the Colosseum and the Vatican. It is perfect to walk to pretty much all the major sites including the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The room was basic and a little beaten up. There was also a slight issue with soundproofing. Despite this it had fabulous character including an exposed beamed ceiling. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a place to simply sleep in between sight seeing for a few nights it is ideal.
