    Old Spanish House Vibe

Really cool place, enjoyed ourselves. Checked in on a Thursday so it wasn't so busy. Though there was other groups here and there it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Really nice sunset also. I flew my drone out for a bit and even brought my fishing pole, which I couldn't find any info on, and fished around the rocks on the northern beach. For it being our first time going, it was worth getting the room with the balcony (Junior Neo Colonial) but for the next time I'll get the basic room. Who knows. Only thing we bought while we were there. 100 pesos - cranberry vodka 35 pesos - extra egg I'm used to traveling and staying in cheap hotels but my girl isn't. I enjoyed the feel and the vibe of this place, she wasn't as excited about the place as I was. Holiday Inn would be considered nicer, it has a old spanish house vibe like if I was sleeping at my grandma's house. Was able to find some wood driving down the street for the fireplace and brought in some drinks from Oxxo near by.

    One and only

Very outdated, smelly, no hot water, no heater, breakfast was very cold (including the coffee), taste was blah. Only quality is the gorgeous ocean view.

    Dirty Dirty Dirty

The sliding doors to the penthouse can easily be opened from the outside. When we arrived the room door was wide open (not locked). There was no hot water, and the towels were disgusting. It's like they are not even washed after each use.

The only thing that I didn't like was we had to wait like 40 minutes for check-in and it was already after 3:00

Wifi did not work at all. My daughter had school and free wifi was advertised but it did not work in our room. They told us that she could do work in the reception office, how inconvenient is it to not be able to use the wifi that is advertised but not even work at all. We specifically asked for a room near the office for the same reason when we booked the room and they gave us a room all the way at the end of the hall.

    Okay experience

View is nice. It is an older hotel, so don’t expect anything luxurious. They could improve to make the room look “better.” Room was not clean and bed was uncomfortable. There is food around the hotel so that was nice and it wasn’t crowded.

The property needs a lot of maintenance, I have a room with a sliding door broken, the Bathroom door also did not secure itself. The oustide look in really bad conditions. A lot of lack of maintenance you’ll find in their facilites. The pictures provided do not reflect the actual condition of the property. I will not stay in this property again. The price did not justify the low quality of the property.
