Awful. Filthy. Chaotic and bad value
Awful. From start to finish. Check in was a nightmare. Left bags earlier in the day and they were less than secure. Bedroom filthy. Found an empty baggie under one bed with remnants of powder in. Bathroom filthy and small. Hair all over beds. Coffee stain on one sheet that hadn't been washed. Left the do not disturb on the door and room was 'cleaned' beds made thats it. They left our door ajar and unlocked. Smelly and noisy. People banging doors all night. Empty grim suitcase almost blocking the stairs. Breakfast terrible unless you like bourbon biscuits and rocky bars! Check out chaotic. £225 for 2 nights an absolute rip off.

bad experience
The level of cleanliness was very low. I was bitten by chigger during the night and I had marks almost all over my body. The most unprofessional thing though, was that after the check out on Monday morning I left my family luggage in the reception desk and I have told them that I would be back at around 15:30 in order to take them and go to the train statiion. (the train was about to leave at 16:30). I arrived at the Hotel at 15:45 and the reception desk was closed and locked. After three or four calls, a man (that I havent seen him before) appeared at 16:17 and bringing the unprofessionalism to the highest level, he did not even propose to drop me to the railway station. I started running with my luggage and my old daughter and finally manage to get in the train at 16:28.

Avoid
Hotel is.managed as a multi site and reception is a couple of doors away. Appears cleam but not sure wjen last had a proper clean and vacuum. The was small but didnt expect any more, it was cheap! The bed frame was broken so my partner had to sleep with his head at the other end of the bed and only slept for a few hours as super uncomfortable. The shower was hanging off the wall and leaked from every area and thr towel rail and wardrobe was broken. The was only green tea to drink and breakfast was odd??! Think next time we will pay a little more and have a better nights sleep.

Lovely helpful staff. Very steep staircase ok for us but would be issue for less mobile. Good location close to Paddington station and Hyde Park, approx 15 mins walk to Marble Arch. Great breakfast for the price of room in central London. Room basic but generally clean, although dark carpet showed some hairs. Excellent value for money for central London, would use again.
