I reserved a room that is non-smoking room but as soon as we went in it was smelling like someone light a smoke inside the room prior to us getting in the room. Very disappointing

Sleep in your car.
I would not recommend staying in this hotel. $90 was too much for the stay. I should have slept in my car. When I first walked in the room looked well until I realized the cleaner did not do a great job. The bed sheets were stained. The shower was not properly cleaned. There was a dirty towel left on hanging on the shower rod. The toilet did not flush. The phone in the room did not work at all - there was no dial tone. I could not watch tv because there was no remote. The sink was leaking all night and the AC took a very long time to work on top of the beds being very uncomfortable.

Policies are shifting.... One has to ask for everything. If we are to clean, we really should have in storage the equipment (floor spongesw/handle, disinfectant, hand sponges/cloths, furniture polish, plastic garbage bags. Don't terribly mind, for an extended stay, cleaning, however, access tothis equipment is nonexistent. I do appreciate your hospitality accepting canines. Thank you!

Lady was nice that checked me in…upon walking into my room I noticed right away the tv was broke looked like someone hit it with their fist, the floor was uneven and coming up, the heater/ac/Fan were broken the room was also not very clean. Again staff was friendly though.

Never Again!
Check-in was a hassle! Could not find my check-in. Had to wait about 30 mins to get my room. The shower unit was completely detached from the wall, and therefore could bot even use the shower. There was NO SOAP even available in the room. The stream from the sink was extremely slow and agonizing. One of the wash cloths had a little dead bug mushed up in the fibers. It was overall just terrible. Will NOT ever come back to this location.

We had plumbing issues at the house. we decided to get a room close by so we can take shower. The first room they gave us was downstairs. The room was dirty, bed covers and pillow cases were not clean and there was couple long hairs on them. Bathroom was terrible. Bathtub was disgusting and full of male body hair. I turned the water on so it can wash them off so we can take shower, water was sitting in the Bathtub and not even going down. This all happened with the first 10 minutes we entered the room. My dad went back to the front desk to let them know. Front desk lady said she will send someone to clean the bathroom. 30 minutes went by and no one showed up. We went back to the front desk to cancel our reservation and get our money back, lady said 15 minutes has been passed and you can't cancel. She offered us another room upstairs. I asked her if it's clean and she said yes. The second room was worth than the first one and there was urine all around the toilet seat. I went back to the front desk and gave the room key back to her. She still didn't refund my money. I showed her pictures of both rooms. She told me my manager will be here in an hour, you can talk to him. I asked if he is going to refund my money back, she said I don't think so but you can talk to him about the room. One week has gone by and nobody has got in contact with me or has refunded my money back. I am very disappointed and don't recommend this place to anyone due to poor cleaning conditions and manageme

There wasnno snack bar.The parking Lot could be cleaned more.The wifi codes should be given when the key is given.Some of the rooms dont have phones in them at all.Without a cell phone you're done at night time.
