Loved this place so much I'm booking again!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Our room was so BIG (twin room with 2 massive comfortable beds), amazing service with friendly staff, delicious breakfast and close to railways. I would give it 10/10! will rebook with them again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tokyo
Great hotel, near to subway stations and good restaurants. Breakfasts were really good. Rooms are small, but that is common in Tokyo.

First time Visitor
I expected more based on the reviews I have read online. However, it didn't meet up to my expectations. I didn't find the front staff too helpful. In fact, they may not be the best person to ask quesitons regarding directions as not much considerations was given to provide tourists with the best walking path to main tourist sites. The staff are very polite and friendly though. They have also taken away the female amenities basket, which didn't affect my review but it added an extra inconvenience of needing to buy replacements for things I didn't pack. For Japan, the room size was descent as I could fit and open one luggage at a time. For bedsheets, I had expected them to be newer or whiter. But you can see some wear and tear. The pillows were not the most comfortable either. Their rooms are supplied with a freshener disinfectant spray. It was a convenient touch as I sprayed everything and everywhere to ease my concerns about mites, etc. I didn't like the quality of their hand soap as it made my hands quite dry. Their Wifi, air-conditioning unit as well as air-purifier worked great. Although the shower room was small, but their shower heads were clean where you can enjoy a nice shower at the end of the day. I think this hotel will be fine for those who knows Tokyo well and do not require much assistance. But for first time travellers, it may be worthwhile to consider the major chains just because the staff may have more experience in considering tourist requirements.

Good service and nice location
The hotel’s service is really good. Very friendly staffs. The room is clean. And the location is good. It has direct access from Narita airport to Asakusa Station. And near Ginza station too. Will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Tokyo.
