I had one set of new towels replaced in the 3 days I stayed. No one came to dump the garbage in three days. We had one table light out during the stay and the bathroom light went out on the last day with no replacement bulbs available. All in all, I made the best of it, Air condition was great and made up for it all!

Not what I was expecting!
See through curtains and a large dog barking from inside the hotel. Also homeless people sleeping in the garden area. They do not answer the phone during check in hours so we could not set up a alternative time to check in. Their answer to this was that they had a sign on the door will that didn't do me anygood when i was not in town. When i did get in it was late and i was not comfortable getting out of my car had to get a different hotel for the first night. They didn't refund the first night, said i could go to the door it was not safe in my opinion. Lots of transit type people around at night. Would not suggest for familys.

Charming
We just loved this place! The owner was so nice and very knowledgeable. He recommended great places to eat, where to run each day, where and when to surf, among other things. The place was a block away from the beach. Everything was walkable. Great food and shopping and various entertainment. Just a heads up, this place advertises a kitchenette…. (According to the owner) Due to COVID, the cdc won’t allow them to provide pots and pans, cutlery, and plates. So bring your own! Also, there is a grill but it is charcoal and that isn’t provided. Those are the two things, I wish I’d known! Otherwise the place was charming and quiet and quaint.
