Beware tried to charge us for already broken item
They flood you with standard Whats App messages, repeat them, and have no personal touch. Chose the apartment as needed a washing machine. It leaked badly when used. Had nothing to clear up the flood. Called out of office number - no answer - so had to delay our day trip out to wait to see them in reception and they agreed to clear up. Then asked me to come to reception when I was in middle of Jerusalem! They them messaged saying I would be charged 300 NIS - to repair their already broken washing machine, and repair to be after our departure. Told them "no" and they let us use a washing machine in another apartment. Terrible customer service and I would bewary of them trying it on with future bookings. Maybe some would pay! Overall flat was spacious and nice. Kitchen not well equipped. Rough around the edges, broken window latch, wardrobe door damaged and not working. Neighbourhood can be noisy at night.

The room I booked was supposed to be a nice apartment. The room I got was a tiny hotel room, which was completely different from the photos. There were no windows and the refrigerator was broken. I was only there for 2 nights so decided not to complain, but Im very confused how I could get a room so different from the pictures.

Stay Jaffa is a great value and perfect location
Great location, right on Jaffa street, doors that keep the street noise out! Large spacious apartment, so affordable. Staff was warm and welcoming, really sweet and wonderful, not always what you get at hotels in busy cities. Washing machine and laundry detergent in unit. The unit was clean, but not sparkling clean, but still very comfortable. The curtains rod was falling and staff came right away to fix it. Parking is in a safe garage and you don’t need to interact with any garage staff, the camera reads your plate and you go right in. The garage has a gate that closes off the entrance once the garage staff leaves, but your license plate give your access to enter. You will feel you got your moneys worth! Will definitely look for more Stay hotels!
