Beware tried to charge us for already broken item
They flood you with standard Whats App messages, repeat them, and have no personal touch.
Chose the apartment as needed a washing machine. It leaked badly when used. Had nothing to clear up the flood. Called out of office number - no answer - so had to delay our day trip out to wait to see them in reception and they agreed to clear up. Then asked me to come to reception when I was in middle of Jerusalem! They them messaged saying I would be charged 300 NIS - to repair their already broken washing machine, and repair to be after our departure.
Told them "no" and they let us use a washing machine in another apartment. Terrible customer service and I would bewary of them trying it on with future bookings. Maybe some would pay!
Overall flat was spacious and nice. Kitchen not well equipped. Rough around the edges, broken window latch, wardrobe door damaged and not working. Neighbourhood can be noisy at night.
