Fabulous small hotel
We stayed for two nights and wanted a location close to the city. Hotel was perfect for this and provided a very warm and friendly welcome. Facilities at hotel really good and very clean. Breakfast great and included in our price. Loved the free wine hour. Hope to stay again in the New Year. Thanks.

Great place to stay any time!
The staff at the hotel were fabulous and despite the riots outside the door they were attentive and protective of their clients. We felt very safe in the hotel. The roof top terrace has great views and a nice spot to enjoy the evening sunset or afternoon read. The breakfast is wonderful and had a full buffet as well as other hot foods. Would stay here again for sure. Look for the creative signs throughout and nice comfy interior design.

Out of this world
The staff is UNBELIEVABLE! So helpful and friendly, was on a solo trip and they really seemed to genuinely care about each guest and what they were trying to do around town. Rooftop cocktails in the evening were the best (despite having been there during a bit of political upheaval), and the hotel owner went so far as to offer us a free dinner when the protests got too boisterous to venture out in the neighborhood. Classy group of people they have working there, great sense of humor and the hotel accommodations were central and well-appointed. Definitely going back there if I get the chance to head back to beautiful Barcelona :)

Charming hotel with great location and staff!
This was an awesome hotel. There were perks everywhere! They had free WiFi hotspots to take around the city so foreigners could access the internet; they had free bicycles and helmets to loan. The rooms were very cute. The rooftop terrace was a source of truly spectacular views (360 degrees, including Sagrada Família). The most special part, though, was the staff. They spoke fluent English, Catalan, and Spanish, and they gave great advice on restaurants (fantastic places that weren’t in our guidebook), sites to visit, and how to get there. Also, there were some protests near the airport while we were there, and they went above and beyond to advise us on when to travel and what methods of transportation to use. Cannot recommend strongly enough!!!
