Beautiful, family-operated accommodation. The view of the castles was spectacular to enjoy. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast had a nice spread of options. They also had better soaps/shampoo compared to other places we’ve stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for Neuschwanstein Castle.
The view was ecstatic, it was perfect view of mountains and castles. the customer service was phenomenal, staff always assisted with everything needed. Only thing was the wifi wasn’t strong .

We had an amazing stay! The room was very clean, the views from the balcony were beautiful, and the property is well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and provided some great information on the local area and castle tours. The breakfast was really good with made to order eggs. I highly recommend this property. Travelling the romantic route.
Great location, very friendly staff, stayed for two days whilst travelling through Germany. Nice place, a little outdated and basic, and the towels in our room were frayed around the edges and looked old, however they were clean just old. Comfortable beds and nice bed linen, we had a good stay And it was a perfect location to visit the castles and also the town of Fussen. A good stay all round.

Better stay low.
Everything aboutthe room itself was great. The only drawback was that our room was on the second and top floor and the hotel did not have an elevator. Quite some effort to haul our suitcases up the stairs.

Great Gasthuas Location
Great hotel location near Neuschwanstein Castle and historic Fussen. The room was good and comfortable with balcony facing the castles. Mark was a great host doing everything from check in, service, breakfast, and always friendly. Breakfast was good with variety, free parking, and good wifi. There is no elevator so avoid large suitcase. I would highly recommend this place.
