I've been here for 3 days. The first day I entered the room was very small (no pictures) without soap, no one came to clean the room until I left. The price is not cheap and the service is not good, I advise people not to stay in this holtel

Poor 2,0
Good Room hotel
The hotel room was extremely small. Basic amenities were lacking, there were not enough soaps provided, no shower caps, no hair dryer, no water bottles. The rooftop hotel was closed. Room view was horrible. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Room was a bit run down (tape on window coverings, lumpy bed pillows (not comfortable sleep), peephole in door wasn’t covered, bathroom was not cleanest Good location - easy walking to the mall and other sites, restaurants, etc.

Good 6,0
The bathroom toilet water stopped working. Had to use a trash can to dump water inside the toilet to flash. And there was a cigarette mark on the couch as well.

Exceptional 10,0
Great location and great staff
The front desk clerk Christine was amazing. She gave great recommendations for places to eat around the area and she was very friendly and accommodating. I read about the brown bag breakfasts before booking and I was expecting it to be awful but I thought they were well prepared and good (except the yogurt). There were numerous homeless people sleeping in the lobby of Bank of America on the corner by the hotel, but they didn’t really bother you. Everything is very walkable from this location or you could take the Metro. I only wish more things were open to see during my stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely stay again if I’m in the DC area.

It’s clean, which is excellent considering the pandemic. Breakfast is on a grab and go basics - brown bag with food (just like a school lunch). Felt safe with the safety/pandemic avoidance measures. The first day we stayed the what’re temp was barely lukewarm, but it warmed up to a decent temperature by the next morning. Location is excellent. Very close to the White House. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Centrally located and mostly friendly staff. One blonde eastern European desk clerk needs training about mask order exceptions for medical reasons.
