Second time staying here. Rooms are a little small (imagine single file walking space around bed). Sheets can be cleaner as I’m very sensitive and itched the first night there. Room cleaning service each morning is done pretty well. Reception staff rotates everyday but generally they are all very helpful (even ordering food delivery after midnight for us as we were hungry). Pleasant stay overall (:

I selected this hotel based on the positive reviews from previous guests and I was impressed with the staff and the condition of my room. The location was awesome because there are 2 metro stations nearby. So many restaurants and stores on Yonghegong main street. I felt safe looking for places to eat 1am which was so convenient. Once again, all the staff were super nice! I will be back. :)

Life in Doncheng District (Confucious)
IT was very nice. The only issue is the when I booked the photo used was the nostalgia in another part of Beijing. However, I was very happy that I stayed here because it was much more interesting, was easy to walk around, the people were friendly, and the hotel staff were excellent. I was able to take some great photos of 'Life as it happens'.
