Perfect location to visit Vatican!
It was a nice and pleasant stay for us. Anna Marie was a great host. We strongly recommend you to choose this place.

A big NO for the International tourists!
We booked the room after checking all the good ratings. But unfortunately, the stay was very uncomfortable and we are not happy at all. The room size, bed size was OK but the main problem was the toilet. 1) There is no toilet seat cover on the toilet (C'mon seriously?). I heard before the roman culture of not having the toilet seat cover in many places, but never expected this to have in a B&B where they are open for the international guests and are expected to follow the minimum international standard. 2) There was no toiletries available in the toilet on our arrival, we had to ask for it. Only body shampoo given. Nothing else. 3) The free breakfast is a big hoax. They serve only one Coffee, one croissant and a cake. C'mon, is it a proper breakfast? Also, there will be nobody present in the guest house before 8:30 am in the morning. So in case you have early flight/train and you need to check out in early morning, forget about the breakfast. We had to skip our last one. 4) The bedspread/blanket (yellow one) was no properly clean, it was dirty and clearly visible that it was used several times before and not washed for a long period. 5) The elevator is from 60's i guess. It's written for 3 persons but hardly 2 persons can use it with 2 small luggage. In a nutshell, not recommended at all to the future tourists. Don't go for the breakfast. You definitely have to eat outside every morning. The place is also not very convenient and not a good neighborhood.
