Beware: Staff Fails to Secure Guest Belongings
During my stay, I left a valuable gold chain in my room. After housekeeping cleaned the room, the chain was missing. I immediately contacted management and security, but unfortunately, it was not recovered. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled — rather than helping me resolve the issue, management seemed more focused on shifting the blame.
To add to the confusion, I found a note in my room offering someone else 30,000 Hyatt points as compensation for a similar issue. When I brought this to their attention, management quickly took the letter, claiming it was meant for another guest.
If you're concerned about the safety of your personal belongings, I would recommend reconsidering staying at this property. My experience has left me questioning the level of security and accountability provided here.
