Service issues made the stay unbearable
The location of the hotel is great, it is right in the mall, so definitely easy to get around.
The problem was the service.
On the first night, we had terrible room service with a crazy waiting time. In the morning we had to wait for maintenance to come to our room for over an hour, to bring us a plug to use the hairdryer, we ended up leaving without using it. The guest relations and reception staff tried to help and were very apologetic.
BUT then the next morning, we were woken up by room service who did not look at the room numbers correctly and had come to our room instead of the room 2 floors down ( and this happened 3 hours before our alarm was supposed to go off) .
I then asked for coffee to be brought to our room, because they had not replaced the coffee station supply and we had to wait another hour and a half for that, and We only got it after I had gone down to reception.
Then we went down to breakfast (2 hours before checking out) we had not finished packing and still had stuff on the bed, when we got back to the room, our stuff was on the floor and the bedding had been removed although the room had not been cleaned.
So overall the service (not reception) was terrible, and really let down the whole stay. Would have wanted to redo the stay in hopes that the service would be better but would not want to be disappointed AGAIN.
