The condo was amazing. Beds were comfy and the condo was very clean. Everything that I needed was there, just had to bring the food. Loved it. Will definitely return for another vacation. hated to leave.

We really liked our room. It isn’t as fancy as the pictures. We asked for a king sized bed, but when we arrived we had a queen sized bed (no biggie). We will probably stay there again! Everybody was very nice!

Location is great right on the beach
Perfect location right on the beach with good pool and hot tubs. Condos a bit smaller and older but still very nice with views. Poor management of billing through Hotels.com. They ended up charging my credit card by mistake and was a hassle correcting. Their answer: " you should have booked directly through us". Well then DON'T offer through third party sites... AC didn't work first night and office closed after 7pm. After hours # no help. I would stay here again but would be very careful....

I like the beach access. In Galveston it’s nice to not have to climb stairs to/from the beach but even the ramp to the beach it not totally handicap accessible. You have to go up 1 step to get on the ramp. The pool area was nice and reasonably clean. The room (2201) was in need of updates. The bathroom rug in the master was dirty and the bed in the master was so squeaky, I didn’t get a good night sleep the whole time we were there. There were no shelves in the fridge door, so if you were staying longer and needed more storage you would have a hard time. The furniture on the balconies was not good, only one chair that we felt comfortable sitting in. One of the doors to the master bedroom balcony didn’t open at all and the door knobs that did work were shabby and corroded. The bathrooms were dark and needed updating. If this room was considered an “upgrade,” I would hate to see the basic rooms.

Property was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the layout and enjoyed our time there. Love being next to the ocean. Water pressure and temp was lower than optimal. We definitely plan to go back and recommend to others

The condo was NOT as described. The “sleeps six” is truly deceiving. The bunk beds are literally in the hallway, not a room. It’s nice for a smaller party but we had five women. We made it work but was tight. The pictures do not properly depict the condo

The bathroom at the receptionist desk was very unclean and the pullout bed mattress had urine stain and linen on it was dirty. The place felt dirty and unclean.
