Beautiful Hotel ... but dont go in low season
This hotel is a really nice hotel with lots of thoughtful touches very close to the marina. However, in low swason may places close. The staff were great and tried to direct us to places that might be open but alas most were closed. However, it is very central and is within walking distance of everything you need. ...but advise not to go during the low season if you want to see anything open.

Great location on the beach by the marina just near the town's main street. Hotel is rennovated, lovely spacious room. Very nice swimming pool. The hotel offers tasty and varous food for the guests. Generally the staff is very kind and serviceable. The only issue we had was with the cleaning. It has been not sufficient and one of the days they even skipped our room.

We have stayed here previously prior to the renovation. The newly renovated hotel has made this hotel a superior hotel. We enjoyed our 2 night stay immensely. However there is one down side which are the external lights on the balconies. These appear to be automatically controlled and come on late evening and go off early morning. The problem is the do show through into the room, tried adjusting the curtains but no matter how they are arranged there is light coming through around the perimeter. This lightens up the room and can effect sleeping comfort.

The hotel is wonderfull, just near to the beach, the staff are very helpfull, the room i stayed is a super delux room it was big, clean. The pool isn't too big but it's enough for swimming and having relax. If i visit ayia napa a second time i would reserve in Limanaki. Thank you
