Price is Inflated - Cheaper When Booked Onsite
My parents needed help booking a hotel last minute since they needed to go to Cebu to get COVID tested and to quarantine. I cannot call long distance so I booked online here on Hotels.com. I didn't mind paying the price I paid because I wanted my parents to be comfortable. However, when they got there, they told me the price was significantly lower than what I paid on Hotels.com - it was inflated by about 4xs what they were offering the rooms for there onsite. Since it was last minute and they already checked in, I couldn't cancel the reservation and pay them the lesser price. They are taking advantage of those that book online.

I am aware that in any property such as this there will be maintenance issues, however my stay was spoiled by continual hot water issues, which took three times to fix, resulting in disruption to my holiday! Each time I was assured that it would not happen again and only my insistence ensured that after the third time it was finally fixed. And the offer of a few pieces of fruit as compensation to the continual disruption of my vacation was insulting!!

Nice hotel close to the airport
Nice hotel near the airport. Rooms were a good size and had a safe. The staff was really nice and helpful. I only stayed one night but it happened to rain very hard and I was on the top floor (rm 407) when I heard dripping which turned into a full deluge. I called reception and they immediately sent someone up to check. He saw how bad it was and they immediately moved me to a new room on the 3rd floor. The hotel is also near a shopping outlet so you have plenty of food choices and stores to choose from.

This is an older hotel outside but inside was very good for the money. The free breakfast buffet was terrific, friendly helpful staff. I like the king size bed and cleanliness of the room. Everything worked except refrigerator. Snacks and drinks were stocked in the room.

Lovely lovely lovely hotel close to the airport. Great buffet breakfast, very nice pool. Shopping mall very close. Would stay again if I need to be near the airport.
