    Único problema é o CAFÉ DA MANHÃ que deveria ser servido as 6h e as 6:20h eles ainda estavam terminando de montar a mesa.     Péssima localização

    O hotel é localizado em uma área horrível da cidade, tudo no entorno é extremamente sujo e há muito barulho à noite. A cama não é confortável e o travesseiro é muito duro. O tamanho do quarto e banheiro são bons. No primeiro dia a água do chuveiro não esquentou bem, tomamos banho com temperatura entre morna e fria. Há muito limo no banheiro e no quarto, falta cuidado com a limpeza. O café da manhã é razoável.

    Conheço o Hotel Castelar há muito tempo. Fiquei muito anos sem hospedar-me nele, pois estou viajando raramente para São Paulo, mas gostei de voltar e constatar que o hotel continua bem cuidado e com bom atendimento.
