Klumpu Bali Resort

We had a wonderful stay in Klumpu Bali. All of the staff were so kind, helpful and attentive. The service was excellent, the food was good, especially breakfast. The resort itself is beautiful ad so relaxing. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Honestly we couldn’t work out why this hotel isn’t a 5 star. From the moment we walked into the place till when we left it was honestly incredible. We’d been travelling around Indonesia for a while and it was so nice to end our trip in this hotel. Flexible check in and lovely welcome drink and snack was so nice and our room was incredible with everything you could ask for. Every member of staff was so polite they even brought a surprise birthday cake and sung happy birthday to my partner when we were there. It was absolutely lovely and we couldn’t fault it one bit. Just wish we had more time with them!

We had a great time staying at Klumpu with our two children. Everyone was very friendly and the location is top!

We chose this hotel because it had a kids club and we thought my husband and I would get a rest for a few days at the end of our 10 day vacation with our 4 and 6 year old children. There were very few kids at the hotel despite the 95% occupancy when we visited. The kids’ club, while clean and properly staffed, was a little antiseptic and our children didn’t want to go there because there were no other kids. When we did convince them to go for a brief stint, they watched TV. If you’re looking for a resort to support the whole family, you might look elsewhere. This place seems to cater to large corporate events, not really families. A few other notes: we booked two adjoining rooms and were given non-adjoining rooms across and down the hall from one another, which obviously didn’t work. We were also unprepared for the fact that the class of room you book at this hotel matters a lot—despite the fact that we paid more for our two rooms, they were of a lesser class that meant we didn’t get chocolates or access to the beach club restaurant for breakfast or a number of other perks. That stung a little. The breakfast buffet is amazing, though.

Everything looks wonderful. Service is superb! However, I feel the itch after sleeping at the loft. Maybe it’s just me. Stayed for 2 nights, had all our meals there. Food was not bad, just a little too salty. Nonetheless, everything is perfect!
