The customer service was super friendly, we showed up quite late. Thought we might’ve missed our check in time. They opened back up and helped us out. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It’s in a great location and would definitely recommend and come back again.

Arrived in room to find a puddle from leaking fridge which was attended to and sorted immediately. This was a two bedded room and one of the mattresses was in poor condition and we were surprised this hadn’t been noticed before. The desk staff arranged to change the mattress with another room within a couple of hours. The room and bathroom needed a refurb to be honest. The restaurant was enjoyable for the evening meal but breakfast wasn’t as good as in the other hotels we stayed in in Costa Rica
