Weekend break in Ayr
Lovely hotel with great staff . The food was lovely , breakfast included & we ate there Saturday night from the Saturday cocktail menu . Best lasagna I have ever had . Only downside was the bathroom. The radiator wasn’t working & the shower needed upgrading . We could have changed rooms but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t bother . All in all a very pleasant weekend break .

Great Ocean view and very quiet area. Short walk to the downtown area. Staff was extremely pleasant.

Rooms a bit dated. Floorboards in our room were uneven and squeaky. Size of room for a family was far too small( especially when in the top room with sloping roof), had to keep ducking to avoid a head injury. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
