Terrible Stay. Look For Something Else!
When I arrived at the property and saw my room, I was in shock because it was nothing like the pictures online. The room was terrible and so small one could barely walk between the bed and wall. I went back to the reception and they apologized and said that it was a glitch on the system and that I actually had booked the deluxe room. The deluxe room was no better than their standard room and I told the manager that their pictures online were very misleading and I was not going to stay in the hotel at all. The manager then offered me an apartment in a building within the property and only because I had my family (wife and child) and because I arrived late at night I decided to stay in the apt. Problems throughout my stay which I still regret not going to another hotel: 1. Wi-fi pretty much non-existent. Never worked properly. 2. They advertise they have a gym but it is a joke. They have one beat up treadmill. That thing barely worked. I tried to work out in the morning and the machine wasn't working as I was leaving the place a man called me and said I had to turn the building's electrical breakers on every time I wanted to use the gym in the morning. What was that?!!! 3. I had to check out early, around 0525 (am), and found myself locked in the property and almost lost my flight. The parking garage was locked as was the door to the main building. Went back to my room called reception and no answer. Went back to the main building and banged on the locked doors.

Pior noite da minha vida
Simplesmente horrível! Nós colocaram em um quarto conjugado. As paredes são de gesso cartonado, tanto de divisão dos quartos quanto para o corredor, sendo ainda que no meu quarto havia uma porta que separava nossos aposentos com alguém do outro lado onde eu escutava absolutamente tudo, o canal da tv que ele estava assistindo, é o super ronco da pessoa onde não consegui dormir até as 4:00h da madrugada. As 3:00h liguei para a recepção e o atendente me disse que não podia me transferir de quarto, eu tinha que esperar até as 7:00h para ele tentar resolver, pedi se na descrição do quarto eles colocavam que os quatros são CONJUGADOS e óbvio que a resposta foi não. O quarto não condiz com as fotos tiradas, precisa de muita manutenção, o cheiro do esgoto volta pelo ralo do banheiro, o piso do quarto todo descascado ou quebrado, falta mínimos de cuidas. No café da manhã apenas um garçom para limpar as mesas e um para repor comida, ou seja fila para poder sentar e falta de comida no bufê. Minha experiência no SKY VILLAGE foi horrível, se você quiser compartilhar o quarto com alguém vá para lá! Eu não recomendo e não volto nunca mais naquele hotel.
