Hotel Refugio Neptuno's

What i liked about the property was that it was well designed however the bed was the biggest discomfort because there was two beds in one. My husband and i were in a rush because our taxi was waiting for us but we wanted some coffee and the lady in the front was extremely rude about that. From a 1-10 I give it a 5.

I like the price the cleaning lady and a staff member named rosey she was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed besides a lid for the rice pot. What i didn't like and that was really dissapointing the bed is very hard the water smelled the manager would be drunk and was very rude tours my husband and i when we would return to the hotel at night. the hotel is pretty far from the beach. the manager didnt explain that the drinks that was in the fridge and the gas for the stove wasn't free. They said that breakfest is free and it is not the swimming pool is small perfect for children not for adults the internet was horrible and the only view we had was hanging laundry. Overall the hotel wasn't horrible and it's perfect for people only staying for one or two nights and if staying longer you can't beat the price we cooked our own food so i don't know how the food service is. My husband said the manager did apologize and she admitted she was drunk. We both agreed we would return but not for a long stay boca chica is beautiful and the beach experiance is an amazing memory to have but like i said the beach is not close at all.

Super clean, friendly staff and great location. Our room even had beer, sodas, and water. It was well equipped. If we come back to boca chica we will definitely stay here.

AC wasn’t working properly, a lot of noice , nothing else to say

This hotel had my CC on hold, I arrived late due to terrible traffic in my commute here and they would not allow me to check in. The said I could only pay cash which I did not have and was told visiting an ATM after 10PM was not very safe so I did not go to one. The parking attendant was very rude and standoffish and honestly I don't know that I trusted giving him cash anyhow, he might have just pocketed it. I ended up going to another hotel in the area and highly recommend avoiding this place. They still charged my CC for the stay.

I like everything except the shower holder. It was not stuck to the wall and fell easily

It kool not to much around the hotel to see u need a car to get around but overall it nice

It’s an old hotel, needs a lil lift, but the staff was nice and it’s right across the street from the beach. Breakfast was really good!

Awful experience with these people. Didn’t wanted to understand me

Nice place near the beach. I stayed for one night as Boca Chica is near the airport and I had an early flight the next morning. Rooms were clean, had an apt. style feel to it, with a swimming pool and other amenities in an interesting layout.
