Enjoyable stay
Very good. We were a group of three and the stay at Paradise Beach was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, the airconditioning worked well, and the staff were friendly and professional. The Internet was mostly reliable and the food was delicious. No compaints at all and thank you.

paradise hotel was truly paradise
Right from the beginning they did everything to make sure I was happy completely with my room and then when the vacation started it never stopped. From the beach to the food and drinks which was right there it was wonderful and enjoyable every moment but with the caribbean sea at your footsteps, what else could a vacation be.

Paradise Hotel

Poor 2,0
Beautiful island. Many wonderful places to stay, friendly people BUT NOT THIS HOTEL PLEASE. My AC did NOT work well and the shower leaked all night long which kept me awake. I told the management twice about the AC and it worked one night only. The service at the restaurant was in believably poor and the food was not prepared well. The fish was dry. The creole sauce was ketchup . The salt and pepper was solidified in the containers. On the last morning I waited 54 minutes for a simple order of over easy eggs with toast and our bus had to leave. 17 people came in after me and got served. When we asked the waiter about the order he just shrugged and smiled. Someone brought me a container with cold food ten minutes later. The desk had no one 8 times out of 11 when I tried to return towels and finish my bill. They would not let me pay a late checkout as we had a medical clinic on the last day so I paid for an extra night instead of a surcharge. I would stay anywhere else on this island but NOT agree. I would give this a hotel a 2. The beach is very small also and there is no place to get in a long walk close by except to go up to the main road and try the sidewalk.
