We have spent two nights in July. The location of the hotel is great right by the sea. Good hotel free parking including underground parking. Breakfast was quite good. The beach was clean and well equipped. We liked Italian restaurant and want to thank waiter Alla for her great service and hospitality. We enjoyed our stay. However, hotel staff is to have some training to be more client oriented (the safe in the room was not working because of old battery; there were not any actions despite we informed about it).

The complex is worn down and outdated, the breakfast is terrible. At these high prices I expect more. The breakfast is at 10.30 non existent, and the staff just stands there looking, doing nothing. The hygiene is terrible, keeping things like cheese, yogurt, ham, juice etc in room temperature. Heard of food poisoning? The staff at reception is aware of all these problems but says it's a management problem. The wifi barely works. The reception staff really tries, but without tools to work with, working is difficult. Beach was ok, pool was ok, however, bring mosquito repellent since there are plenty of sandflies and mosquitos during both day and evening. 2/5 for this hotel.

З метою конструктивної критики скажу, що готель на 3+ за такі гроші. Персонал дуже старається і це круто. Номер доволі просторий проте при заїзді був затхлий запах в номері, що вивітрювався 2 дні. Також в номері були двері до сусіднього номера, через які чути всі звуки сусідів. Дуже напрягає кількість комах з вечора до ранку, двері відчинити і не запустити якусь комашню нереально Я вперше на морі в Україні, проте якщо порівнювати з готелями такої цінової категорії закордоном, то вважаю готель переоціненим. Проте сподобався пляж та смачна їжа в ресторані.
