Marvellous resort, the cabana was very nice although the bathroom a bit dated and a very bad finish. But the resort outdoor is fantastic, beautiful pools and beach

Nice hotel, terrible staff!
Hotel is nice, especially glass villas. I dont recommend to book rooms called myth, we had to change it, as it was very far from the beach, on the hill and in sun it is impossible to pass this way even once, even tough they provide cars for transportation it is not convinient to wait all the time that driver comes, time waste. Other rooms like Star path are also on a hill but closer, so best location had glass villas and veranda villas. Hotel is really nice and clean. But what about staff, here we had problems during check in, first of all manager only cares about money and not about clients feedback or comfort, he tried to lie to us several times and wasn’t ashamed at all! he just doesn't care about hotel reputation etc. there was not any sense to complain about anything even to GM. Problem was that they were trying to charge us more for the room change in spite of the fact that we paid more for the room we booked and the room on which we were changing on cost cheaper! I explained many times to them that it is not fair but they didnt care, hi lied to us that it was surcharge because of early check in,when I argued that we didnt even check in in any room as we were trying to change room during 2hr, he changed and said it was because we were using there amenities, when I asked which amenities exactly he again changed and said it was again because the room was costing more,when I showed how much we paid and how much new room cost in real he tried to call GM who didnt care also

Beautiful hotel. Lacks amenities and good services
I loved the resort grounds and everyone was very friendly. Although, a few things could be better. The first is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The toilet could at least have a solid door. Another, is the TV. How in the world could you get anything to work. I get theres a beach so who needs TV. Although, when im ready to go to bed, id like to have it on. It was extremely confusing and ended up not working at all because of slow wifi. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. I had the American breakfast and let me say there was nothing on that plate that was American and i am one. Americans dont eat hotdogs for breakfast lol Lastly, we had the hotel setup a transfer back to Krabi airport. We were under the impression we would be sharing a van that carried 9 people. The driver ended up cramming 13 people and stacking luggage on peoples laps during a 3 hour drive. Things got alittle hostile between the passengers screaming at the driver to stop throwing luggage around.

Larger resort style accommodation mid priced.
Being a little South of the Island makes it a little more remote- nice quiet area. Great location with pools over looking the ocean view. Clean beach. Good local eats and bars. As it is a larger resort it is a little more busy with guests. Great view / location for breakfast- get in early. Unfortunately we had no hot water for our shower during our stay. We were at the back of the resort- watch out for the monkeys!! Hotel staff pleasant great house keeping service. Grabbing a scooter is ideal. Do not pay more than 300bht for transport to and from ferry.

It was in a great location right next to the beach but also nestled in the trees so you were surrounded by wildlife. It had an amazing bath too. The staff were all lovely. The only downsides were the air con was extremely noisy so woke us up sometimes and the water for the shower was either cold or scalding hot no inbetween. Despite this if we were to visit Ko Lanta again then we would stay here for sure.

Nice hotel, Poor service
We checked into this hotel on New Year’s Eve and were very excited after seeing the website. Our booking very clearly stated that it included New Year’s Eve gala tickets but on arrival were told we would need to pay extra for these - as I had this in writing I refused but we ended up sat in reception for two hours waiting for this to be resolved. The hotel has gorgeous facilities and the room was lovely, as were the pool areas and restaurant. We tried to forget about the poor start and relax but upon check out had to wait so that they could check we hadn’t stolen anything! I have never received this kind of service from any hotel and it was an awful way to end our stay. Beautiful hotel but that definitely does not make up for the terrible service (especially for the price you pay). We would not stay here again for that reason
