Clean and functional for a night or two. Parking was in the basement of the hotel next door. I over slept so missed out on the breakfast, but it looked ok.

Cleanliness needs work
We like the convenience of One properties for short trips. They are always in locations with amenities nearby. This location is no exception. Downstairs is a cafe, subway, pizza place, chicken place, etc. The neighborhood behind the hotel has many local options as well that we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness needs work at this particular property. When we got into our room the toilet has clearly not been cleaned or flushed as it was full of hair. The bath mat had blood stains. The white towels were more beige and the sheets also had a few small stains. The lines definitely need a refresh. The worst part was when we looked under the beds before checkout to make sure we weren't leaving anything behind, there were thick layers of dust, hair, etc under each bed. Not just a weeks worth- probably more than a month's worth. Gross.

I was attacked inside my room by a person under influence of drugs who was staying there, who kicked down the door in front of hotel security, who did nothing to prevent it or protect me, when I called to warn them that a person intoxicated was trying to enter my room. ..
