Terrible!
Terrible. It may have been "cleaned" but there were crumbs left in the shag carpet and smelled bad. Not even sure what the smell was. We had to strip the beds before leaving. They should never let anyone see those mattresses! Especially when you have a huge cleaning fee. All of the smoke detectors needed new batteries, so beeping when we came in. After calling it in, the mang. comp. quit answering my calls for other reasons. AC wouldn't go under 71. Couldn't open the doors because people were smoking on the balconies. No restaurants on site. Had to walk to Circle K to get bottled water. The area was so busy it was a nightmare getting through to go to dinner. Lots of teenagers are there for Spring Break.

The surrounding area was very nice as well as the hot tub and pool area. However, I had questionable brown/red stains on the pull-out couch when we arrived as well as some sand on the floor. Other than that the room was nice. The staff was alright, very strict with wrist bands and if you aren't a resident you won't be treated too well. Nobody was at the front desk and rarely was someone at the concierge desk.

Cockroaches in kitchen; carpet not sufficient to cover tack strip at bathroom door; not enough toilet paper; was told by front desk to go buy some; parking garage was not numbered sequentially; uncomfortable couch with low cushions; tv in bedroom remote didn’t work; only one lock on door. No one was ever at front desk, had to call a number to get service; no bar soap in unit;

This was a horrible experience. When we arrived the air conditioning did not work. Pretty much every door in the condo was either missing completely or broken. The light and fan in one of the rooms did not turn on so it was literal pitch black in the room the entire stay. The rear sliding door had a makeshift lock that was broken off so we where unable to secure our room when we stayed at this property.

Outdated.
Entire room is outdated. The beds were so squeaky and uncomfortable we did not get a good night sleep the entire week. Elevators were shaky and scary. One shower had mold, the other shower did not drain fast enough to show without water up to your ankles. Front desk doesn’t open until 10 am and closes at 4 pm. Front desk employee was very nice though. Parking garage was a nightmare having to park on the 11th floor. It’s tight to go in and out, and took 10 minutes to get to our parking spot or down to the street.
