Location Is Good..Bath Tub was not clean..they came to do the room pretty late around 5 p.m...I was resting and did not want to leave the room at the time..checking out was not friendly..

It is a nice well maintained and clean. Be aware that if you have difficulty sleeping due to noise, then this hotel may not be right for you. There's a club behind this hotel.

They would not let me and my girlfriend take another to the room. They charged an additional $30 USD. Our room had 2 beds. Also was charged additional $10 USD for checking out at 12:25 Vs 12:00.

This was really dissapointing. I actually read all the good comments and got this property recommended by a local friend but it was a bad experience. In general hotel is very outdated, very noisy, couldn't sleep one single night, staff not helpful and not friendly, one time I bought tickets for a club beach and took a taxi there just to find out that tickets were not valid, no availability anymore, and this was supposed to be the beach club the hotel was working with! Very bad, no apoligies or any other offer for the hotel mistake, no reimbursement for the 2 taxis I paid, nothing. Staff lied to me once saying that airco didn't work, just found later on when called the handyman that this was a 'standard lie' to avoid overusing the airco. Also they didn't want to provide to me a second key for the bedroom, and I needed one additional, again a lie that just 'one key at the time was working' but when I offered money for the second key, suddenly it was possible. I mean really? every hotel gives you two keys at least. Do not go to this hotel, there are several hotels there but this one shouldn't be your option. Pool water is cold, always alone, beds at the pool extremely dirty and with visible dirty spots, the bathroom of the room is dirty in general, no pressure on the water, cold water. Very bad as well the organization for the breakfast, to which we need signatures (two times) for each coupon. There was no chance to have the coupon for the breakfast in advance.

This hotel was in a great location in Playa del Carmen (10th Avenue & 10th Street). Not as loud as 5th Ave but lot’s of great resteraunts within short walking distance. 3 blocks south of Walmart (cheap booze, snacks and prepared food). There was only a coffee maker & mini fridge in the room Nice courtyard with a pool but beach access a few blocks south on 10th Street. Great room rates Only downside was a very loud disco south of the hotel that was open until 4 am but if we closed the bathroom door it was tolerable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool/courtyard on the south side so our bathroom overlooked the disco (An unexpected surprise was I able to watch a fire dancer perform at 1:30 am from the window in the shower. Great performance)

Nice hotel but amenities did not work. Couldn’t get the remote For the TV to work and had to call for help every time I wanted to watch. The WiFi signal was never strong enough to be able to use it. Shower was good, great water pressure and hot water. Beds were comfortable.

Only one friendly staff member, the check in was terrible, the guy didnt even noticed us even though we were the only one there..terrible service. Great location and clean rooms.

Close to everything! Perfectly placed closed to 5a avenida but not so close to hear all the noise, or at least I didn't hear anything from my room. Staff is very nice and pleasing. Big thumbs up to Preddy? at check in. Super nice super friendly and more than willing to accommodate me and my family. I had sent a message and received a quick response from the hotel prior to my vacation days. My only con was the incident we had at check out regarding the pool towels. Someone had not properly checked in 1 towel for a day we used them and the hotel was charging us for it. In the end everything was settled. So make sure what you check out is properly checked back in. Other than that I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
