Nice place, service poor
The room was clean and the hotel has a great look as you walk in, we were not advised on check in when breakfast was,we managed to find this out later on, the overnight stay was pretty good, bed was comfy and room was quiet, the service the following morning at breakfast however has let down the whole experience, seated at our table and order was taken, half an hour passes and still no food, during this time i have noticed other tables seated after us were receiving their orders. I Finally asked someone, to find out our order had the wrong table number, and they would have to recook the order, this took a following 10 minutes when it arrived at our table, the waiter just placed the food down not asking who was having what, as we had different orders. When it arrived it was luke warm and feel i could have got a better breakfast at premier inn, seems like this is trying to be a posh hotel with the service from a budget hotel.

Experience was good. Room size a little small, Washroom size was acceptable. Breakfast just okayish..u have to place order for eggs which could take around 15 minutes to serve. Location excellent just 5 min walk to Westfield shopping centre.

Fantastic Experience
Had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded, without asking. We were only staying for one night as we were seeing a show. Will definitely stay again and would 100% recommend this hotel.
