Needs Improvement
Overall the staff was nice and very helpful. The location was okay with a couple of coffee shops within walking distance and AlRudaff Park down the street. Room Service quality was disappointing. I found trash between a side table and my bed which made me question the quality of "daily housekeeping". The listing said there was a pool and gym facilities; however, I was not told hours at check-in and when asked was told there were no such facilities. It was unclear to me whether the facilities exist or if they were simply closed. Most likely, I will not revisit.

the reception is nice, the breakfast was not that great needs improvement for the price i paid. the rooms bathroom was ok not appropriate for a 4 stars hotel which should be more higher as quality. the car parking was good and the location of the hotel as well.

You have to turn on the water heater in toilet which is not the case in any hotel. Water heater should be turned on by default. WIFI connection sucks, i think you have a limit or maybe there was something wrong with it, I did not even ask the reception for any support since I was having my own cellular internet. Other than that, all is well. They have very nice vegetables chips in the mini bar 👌😊.

Weak internet and Noisy Gym
Internet keeps disconnecting every 5/10 min and you have to switch access points, Gym is outsourced and they play loud music mid day and finally, reception wanted to keep me waiting while checking out so they can double check the 20 riyal mini bar though I disclosed what I took from it. (process is more important than customer satisfaction). The place is not suitable for business travelers, it might be suitable if you are there for leisure and don't care about internet.
