Overall room rate is good value for money . hotel is very clean, good service, nice room furniture, adequate GYM , good breakfast. One draw back for me was the restaurant.. only roof top restaurant was open .. very limited menu, high prices comparing to other 5 stare hotels I styed in in Istanbul - almost double- and small portions

Due to old building property,noise from the main road was kinda inside of my room. That had been reported and they tried to fix it but it was not a huge success first of all. Secondly,a proper training should be given to cleaning team for sure since there were a pillowcase and towel were left in my room’s table also they left the bathroom amenities unchanged even though they had been emptied. Another issue was with entrance floor restaurant which was unacceptable and root cause of it was improper training and supervision of staff members. So overall I d say looks nice outside but disappointing inside for me.

Really nice. No complaint at all. Massive parking, Clean and Tidy, Nice and Clean Lounge, Friendly Staff. Only point I didn’t like that when you doing breakfast or any other stuff you buying they should charge room directly but they don’t.
