This place has a great view. The area is very nice! The only thing is that they should put the name of the hotel so you can see it. GPS sends you 300 feet further. Also an elevator was not working and the only one working took forever. Other than that, very good.

Lovely Stay!
This Hotsson hotel’s service was excellent! The staff was all smiles, friendly, and helpful with information on where to eat, directions and other. This was a solo trip, but when I return to Guadalajara, it’ll be my wife and I staying at this Hotsson hotel. The only, miss was the breakfast. The eggs and beans were really salty and I ended up only eating my fruit and yogurt mix and I was still charged the full buffet price.

Our stay was not a pleasant experience. Several issues…there are only two elevators so you have to wait quite a lot for it to arrive. There was no alternative such as stairs. The front desk lady was rude. They did not acknowledge the VIP upgrade…initially told us that we had an upgrade but that we’d have to wait until 4…when we went back they said they were sold out. The most stressful thing was being able to enter and exit the hotel because of the two elevators. Even the service staff had to use the same two elevators with their big karts and all.

Sino cambian van a desaparecer.
Uno de los peores hoteles de Guadalajara: el servicio del restaurante es muy malo esta destinado a desaparecer, era el único cliente y tardaban mas de 20 minutos en tomar la orden. Los pasillos del piso 23 oscuros. El elevador se abrió en el piso 3 y estaba abandonado, lleno de sombrillas viejas, lo que es un peligro de incendio. Afuera los Uber no pueden entrar, hay un lazo que lo impide. El dispensador del jabón de la bañera de mala calidad, quebrado. Lo unico bueno es la limpieza y eso se agradece.

I liked the location and staff that was there were helpful. I did not like that it seemed like they were under staff. I also noticed the night club music was very loud. I was on the 24th floor and was lucky to no here the music. But I was able to hear the music on other floors and also saw others complaining about the music to the front desk. Keep in mind that night clubs don't stop until 5am in Mexico.
