Our stay at Idura was wonderful. It is in a beautiful setting within Jeanette Kawas National Park. We did have trouble with their electronic key system needing four replacements during our 3-day stay, but otherwise the food, drinks, accommodations and staff were wonderful. Expedia messed up our reservations badly, but the property made it right, even upgrading our suite.

Things didn’t go well, when we first go there our rooms were not ready. 1st room had trash and bed linens on the floor, door was broken, went to the 2nd room to bring my bags this room was occupied, then they took me to 2nd room and that was dirty and not ready, then on to the 3rd room that was ready, at this point I was ready to leave!
