Pleasant stay in Colonia
All was great, except the breakfast was somewhat disappointing to me. The location is very convenient for seeing the old part of town, but probably not so convenient for the beaches (which were not on our 'visit for sure' list). Also, they are doing the right things for the environment, it is attractive, and well designed. We didn't see an elevator, but we were easily able to climb the stairs to our room.

Nice pool area, great location in the heart of the historical district, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed, and really nice water pressure in the shower. Room was very small, a bit musty and dark, and breakfast left a little to be desired.

A real gem.
This was one of the nicest small boutique hotels we have visited. The people were exceptionally friendly, cooperative and went out of their way to be helpful. It was very close to the old city of Colonia Del Sacramento which saved time and expense of travel. The atmosphere was friendly and family like. It offered many conveniences and the breakfasts were substantial. I would highly recommend it. A real gem.
