Great location
Ideal location, always stay in this street. Welcome in reception excellent, coffee, seating area. Appartment in another. Uilding close by. Booked a superior appartment. Ut found it rather claustrophobic with windows you could not see out of and insufficient light.Large comfortable bed and large well lit bathroom. Breakfast is all in the fridge and is a generous allowance but no scissors to open milk, juice etc, very difficult to do without, heating pleasant and stay enjoyable. Just these smaller niggles” all worth it for location and proximity to bus and train stations of Victoria.

Great location, good service
Chose this place for its location -- very close to Victoria Station which makes it easy to go anywhere by bus, train or tube. I was a bit surprised to find it is not really a hotel in the style I'm used to, it is located in several adjoining/nearby buildings. This would be OK but there is not really a front desk. We arrived early, before our room was ready, and we were a bit hesitant to leave our bags, since they just sit out in the hall. But it turned out to be OK as the staff are vigilant and helpful (and it is a locked building/requires a code to enter). We had one huge problem while we were there -- bedbugs! but the staff was as surprised /shocked as we were, so it seems this is not a reflection of the hotel but of whoever was in our room before us...The staff seemed to have never dealt with it before and they tried to find us a different hotel but everything nearby was booked. So we accepted a room in a different building. It was a larger room and it included full breakfast service for the duration of our stay (which was an upgrade). There were no problems with the new room, it was quite comfortable and breakfast was very good (cooked to order plus buffet items). Luckily we had not even opened our suitcases or unpacked before we discovered the bedbugs, it could have been much worse! I only wish they had offered to launder our clothing, a few things that had been laid on the bed, we sealed in a ziploc bag and washed ourselves at a laundry which took up one whole morning.

Noisy Belgravia B&B
Stayed 3 nights in Room 22 in the 'self-catering' annex. Good points:Reception at the main hotel section was excellent and staff very helpful and you can print off tickets etc and after checkout we could store bags so we could go sightseeing b4 flight home in evening. Room 22 at front on ground level. It was clean and reminded us of student accommodation in the 80s but with WiFi. There is no double glazing, there is a street lamp immediately outside and no curtains; just a white blind advertising B&B Belgravia so little sleep as you hear anyone walking past on pavement and road noise. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. After waking up after first night there was no hot water and we had to wait until 10.30am b4 the system had refreshed itself and thereafter the shower was luke warm during following 2 mornings. Good selection of continental breakfast provided each day (cereal, bread, yoghurt, bottled water). Self catering = kettle and microwave and fridge so really just for heating up convenience foods although we did cook some veggies in a bag. You wash dishes in bathroom but no teatowel so used hand towel. Close to Victoria Station and BPalace/Green Park etc. We stayed here for location and promise of self catering as well as being a bit cheaper than alternatives. Next time would either consider the hotel section or going for self catering would pay a bit extra and stay somewhere else.

Sadly disappointed in annex
Stayed here before in main building. Only annex available this stay. Room 26 had several concerns. Bathroom fan not working, window sash not closing causing road noise, toilet bowl not clean, slow draining shower, shades do not block outside light, telephone not working, no mirror in room & only a floor fan to cool. Continental breakfast stale & no variety. Main building had full hot breakfast for cheaper price. Painter on sidewalk knew door security code. I reported items in writing for 3 days straight. Nothing done. I will not be staying again in the annex. Make sure when you book, it is the main building.
