Complimentary shuttle to and from the Mall and train station make this hotel very convenient. Rooftop pool, bar and resto are a welcome end to a long, hot day in busy Bangkok. The staff are friendly and offer lots of suggestions for activities and things to do. Breakfast is amazing and the resto menu delicious. Definitely one of the best Boutique Hotel Chains.

Great value in the heart of Sukhumvit. The complimentary shuttle to the train station makes it so easy to navigate around the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included with our room was delicious! Happy Hour, the pool and the comfort of the rooms makes time at the Hotel a ‘must’.

Amazing hotel - cheap for the service you get!
What a lovely little find. Small hotel with rooftop pool & bar. The room; as hotel.com gold members we got upgraded for free at the hotel. They have a really good check in procedure and will check anyone in as and when they have a room ready. They also have 24hr rooms so checking out also isn’t an issue. The room was really modern and cool. Huge, comfy bed and rainforest shower. Free toiletries and everything else you might need. The staff were lovely too especially the security team always so friendly and accommodating. The location is okay. It’s about 15 minute walk from the BTS but for leaving the hotel they offer a free tuk tuk to the BTS/Metro & if your lucky enough to see themand they are dropping guests off they will take you back too. From there you can get all around the city. Loads of amenities nearby nothing too much of a distance. The rooftop pool is really nice and clean. Beautiful sunshine in the morning but in the late afternoon the sun is hidden by the canopy and there isn’t any sunbeds in the sun. From 5-9 they have buy 1 get 1 free on drinks which is fun. There is also live music but we didn’t see any so not sure how good it was. Overall great stay. Loved it. Only very small negative is the distance from the BTS but it does mean it’s lovely and quiet of an evening.

Place in Paradise
This was my second stay in this hotel and it truly never disappoints. Beautiful room, I was actually upgraded. Sensational buffet breakfast to suit all dietary requirements. Great location. Friendly staff and just a great place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is in quiet area close to public transportation including the canal boats. The free tuk tuk shuttle to sky train and metro is great if you don't want to walk 15 minutes on hot steamy days. The roof top pool and bar is very relaxing but also lively at night. We are very pleased with corner room. Better room than Sheraton Royal Orchid. Cheaper food & drinks too.

The room n toilet lights r pretty deemed. Some Housekeepers r not helpful, when we were running out of bath gel or shampoos, we asked from them more, they showed us unhappy faces. Bf area is too small, mostly occupied. Some guests hv to wait for others to finish.

Great hotel with convenient location.
It was a great experience at this hotel. There is a very nice shopping center with food court approximately 10-15 mins walk from the hotel but hotel organizes the free shuttle up to there. Also the sky train and MRT (city train) have there stops there, from here you can go all over the city. Overall good hotel but only downside is that it is located in an expensive area of Bangkok.

Hotel a little out of ways in Sukhumvit
The hotel was ok. But was expecting a little more for a 4 star hotel. You'll need to request for the toothbrushes and shavers, and they won't be refilled the next day. Other things like complimentary coffee and teas are not refilled as well. A bit of a walk to Terminal 21 and their own tuktuk services is only limited to 1 bike because they do not have drivers. You do get lots of hounds outside the hotel that charge extreme prices. Better to walk and get the daily dose of exercise. I would say I'd pick another hotel the next time I am there due to the location factor.
