Room was nice, bed was horribly uncomfortable, returned to room after night at a comedian around 11 pm to find room was sweltering, knew it was too late to get anything done, so suffered through the night.

Great location
Service was great. Location couldn’t be better. Lots of restaurants and shops and the best ice cream right across the street. Hotel is nice and clean. Coffee and tea available all day. Security is good which is needed for the location in the evening. Only issues we had was that there were not enough blankets on the bed. It was very thin. And the pillow was not comfortable. Feels like a towel folded up inside a pillowcase. Also if you are on the 10th floor it seems it takes a good 15 minutes of running the water before it starts to get warm. I rented three rooms on the 10th floor all of them had the same issue.

The location of Hyatt Place was great . Other things were not so great, such as hard, lumpy pillows, no shuttle service to or from airport, and limited food choices on site.

Clean and comfortable
I stay at Hyatt as much as possible as I find them reliable. Hyatt Place Omaha Old Market did not disappoint. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, there were a variety of pillow choices to choose from, the staff was friendly. The hotel was right in the middle of the Old Market area so we enjoyed walking around the area to shop and dine. My daughter and I were in Omaha for a visit to Creighton and it was just minutes away. The location was great and I did not find it too noisy despite being downtown. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was included. We paid for parking in the parking garage but realized there was plenty of parking around so we really did not need the parking garage.

Big no go!
Filthy! Counter top was dirty with like coffee grounds on it & on the bed. Heater was broken & made a terrible noise & smell. The panel was off like it was being worked on & they knew it was broken. Elevator was unreliable. Definitely will not stay there again.
