Check in was easy, however, when I got up to the room, I was met with an apartment that was not maintained. Curtains had fallen off the rail and not been fixed, a dirty frypan had been put in the drawer, there were no cups, only wine glasses and one bowl. The powerpoint in the kitchen didnt work. The fridge was disgusting, so was the bin that looked like it had never been wiped down. Perhaps that was because there were no tea towels provided...On the kickboard in the kitchen, it looked like someone vomited and it had not been cleaned up. The bedroom was fine... then, we got to the bathroom. Mould in the shower, dust everywhere, a spider on the wall. The sink was clogged and broken. There was a washer/dryer combo, but no laundry detergent. When I called reception, there was no answer. Overall, it was very disappointing and I wouldnt stay there again. Oh... I almost forgot, lucky I packed my own towel because the room's towels had black and brown stains on them!!!

Place was great, convenient, clean, tidy, big enough. The only negative was the staff and them constantly being on their mobile phones and having to wait while they finish scrolling or talking to their friends. I can’t stand that, it’s rude and certainly not what they are being paid to do and it was every time…. Check in, check out, trying to ask a question about a tram…

Bathroom very dated and didn't even have shampoo conditioner and small for price, there were no plates in the self contained kitchen. For what I paid, I would've expected much more luxurious comforts as it was the upgrade of the 2 br apt.

We booked this place as it looked a little fancy. The room was small which we knew so weren't bothered by it. The air con was leaking water all over the table and carpet and after going all night (it was hot and stuffy) there was water everywhere. We informed the front desk on our way out. When we returned in the afternoon to get ready for dinner the room was putrid smelling. The shower head leaked more water out the side than the actual nozzle. The dish washer was mouldy and dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door patched up with a piece of white cardboard on either side. When we asked for a new room they found us one quickly that was better however the shower still leaked and was missing a tap handle. It also had a queen bed not a king.

Unfortunately the cushions were filthy and a lollipop stick on the carpet, the balcony was also not clean. The room was advised as a King bed and was only a queen and a few things in the room could require some maintenance.
